Retailers are not required to have a permit or license to sell cannabis seeds.
Retailers should offer seeds that are completely labeled as required.
Retailers may only offer seed that is labeled for sale within the year that the seed is packaged to ensure it has been tested within one year when sold.
Retailers should obtain seed from companies that have a permit to label seed for sale in Minnesota.
